Hand-forged in Texas, our carbon steel Paella Pans are built for versatility and lasting performance. Inspired by the classic Spanish dish—but designed for far more—this is the piece you reach for when you want one pan that can sear, sauté, simmer, roast, and finish in the oven (and then go straight to the table for serving).
Carbon steel heats quickly and responds fast when you adjust the flame, giving you a fantastic balance of speed and control. As you cook and season over time, the surface develops a naturally slick "season" that improves with every use. It’s lighter than cast iron for easier handling, but tough enough for daily cooking—and unlike cast iron, it won’t crack or break.
Available sizes: 9", 10", 11", 13", and 15".

FAQ / Care
Best oil for re-seasoning? Avocado or grapeseed work great—use a very thin coat.
How do I clean it day-to-day? Rinse with hot water, scrub gently if needed, dry completely, then wipe on a micro-layer of oil. Avoid the dishwasher.
Food stuck or residue won’t budge? Add a little water, warm it briefly, and scrape with a wood spatula; dry and oil after.
What if it ever looks dry or rusty? Scrub the spot, dry thoroughly, then re-season with a thin oil film and heat until it sets.
