Hand-forged in Texas, our carbon steel Shallow Fry Pans are built for the kind of cooking that depends on contact and control—searing, browning, and quick pan work where heat response matters. The lower sidewalls make it easy to slide a spatula under food, flip with confidence, and turn out clean edges on everything from eggs to steaks to crisp-skinned fish. It’s the pan you keep within arm’s reach because it does the daily jobs beautifully—and still shows up strong for weekend cooking.
Carbon steel heats quickly and adjusts fast when you change the flame, giving you the responsiveness you want without the fragility of cast iron. With regular use, the surface develops a naturally slick patina that improves over time. It’s durable, practical, and designed to live on your stove—not in a cabinet.
Available sizes: 9", 10", 11", 13", and 15".

FAQ / Care
How do I clean it day-to-day? Rinse with hot water, scrub gently if needed, dry completely, then wipe with a micro-layer of protective coating. Avoid the dishwasher.
Food stuck or residue won’t budge? Add a little water, warm it briefly, and scrape with a wood spatula; dry thoroughly afterward.
New to carbon steel—will it stick at first? Early on, sometimes. Use steady heat and cook with a bit of cooking fat; the patina builds quickly with regular use.
What if it ever looks dry or rusty? Scrub the spot, dry completely, and re-season to rebuild the protective layer.
